hand brushing, haircutting with scissors or clippers and breed specific
styling.

The shampoo that we regularly use is an extra mild, tearless formula. also
have available, specialty shampoos to suit your cat or dog’s specific condition
or age. Anti-itch shampoo is an example.
What is your water source?
Mobile Pet Grooming is equipped with our own fresh water tank.
When you encounter aggressive cats and dogs, do you use tranquilizers?
No, we never use any type of tranquilizers or drugs.

appointment. We accept personal checks issued from a Florida bank or cash. If
we arrive at an appointment and you ( the owner) are not present and the
payment has not been left for us, we CAN NOT PROCEED WITH THE
GROOMING SERVICE.
Do you service all areas of Miami-Dade county?
Mobile Pet Grooming does not service all areas, but we do have a large

Who will be with my pet?
Professional groomers,Jorge and Sandra will be with your pet throughout

Can I watch you work ?
Yes, you can watch from outside the Mobile Pet Grooming vehicle, all the
doors are open during the grooming.
Will my pet be hot or cold?
No, your pet will be very confortable. We have air-conditioning and use a
heater in the winter.
Do you work with every breed?
No.
I have many dogs, can I get a discount on their grooming?
First we need to consider the breed and condition of each, then we will can
discuss this with you.
Can you offer me any incentives to refer my friends?
Yes. You will receive a discount between 5% and 50% on your pets grooming
service.
If I refer to you 5 new clients within my zip code, will I receive a 50% discount on
my pet’s grooming service?
Yes, absolutely; if the people whom you refer to us use our service within the
promotion’s time frame.
Do you work 7 days a week?
No, we work Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Will the estimate that you give me over the phone be the same as the price I’m

be groomed so that there is no time spent in cages waiting for the groomers.
Our prices may be a bit higher than a salon, but the level of service and
